I speak with depth, openness and compassion on topics that invite transformation through simple actions we can take, both individually and collectively. Themes include:
How I found greater presence during my daughter’s death and stillbirth than I have ever felt in my life.
The grief of baby loss - walking the long road to children.
What death teaches us about life - how being present with death can teach us how to live life well.
Why we urgently need to build cultures that can hold grief - let’s talk about death and grief.
A miscarriage made me reconsider my role as a Head of Marketing for Formula 1 - and the grief I felt on my exit. Unspoken griefs that we suffer in silence.
From breakdown to breakthrough - navigating through painful endings in life and business.
Tanya Wilkinson is a Coach, Cultural Consultant and the voice behind the podcast Death on the Daily - where death and the impermanence of just about everything is reimagined as a portal to living well. Drawing from her personal experience as bereaved mother to her daughter Ngakāu Raiona (lioness heart in her husband’s Māori language), and her promise of presence to her baby girl in her final days. Plus years of leadership in global organisations including as a Head of Marketing for Formula 1, plus training in grief and holistic coaching, Tanya helps individuals and organisations navigate change and endings with more courage, connection and care.
“I had been putting off listening to this podcast thinking it might be a bit dark and waiting until I am in the right frame of mind, especially as I am disabled and I have to deal with thinking about the end of life. I didn’t need to wait as it is truly fantastic. Great use of guests and their knowledge and a fantastic outlook, understanding and expertise of Tanya. .”
