Connecting to your why

Tuning into your heart to understand your WHY. What is most important to you in life, & where do you want to invest your energy? We will also look at your inner & outer ecosystem and any barriers to rest. Setting your vision and first rest practices.

WEEK 2:

Connecting to selF

Body connection practices for awareness, grounding & rest. Your body knows the score, so we look at practices to listen deeply and act on your body’s wisdom. Plus looking at how your mind pressures you to keep going and how to quieten that chatter.

WEEK 3:

Connecting to nature

Tapping into the healing and grounding powers of nature. You will understand how you can align to nature’s seasons. Plus grounding nature connection practices & rituals that will bring you back home to yourself, no matter where you are.

 

week 4:

Connecting to community

Taking the lens from self care to community care. Looking at your interconnected web of community. We look at the threads in your web, and how you can create two way energy exchanges that are founded in balance, boundaries & reciprocity.

week 5:

Connecting in the chaos

Exploring rest for resilience and the importance of pushing RES(E)T in the most chaotic of times. How you can use rest and care to support you in coming back to yourself, being with what is and navigating your forwards path.

week 6:

Your RES(E)T

By the end of RES(E)T, you will understand your unique blueprint for rest, with steps forwards and lots of inspiration and restful practices that you have personalised to take with you. We complete our journey with ceremony, celebration & reflection.

 
 
 
 
 
 
 

I’m Tanya

Most of my working life was an adrenaline fuelled whirlwind. From starting my career in music working for two of the most iconic record labels with chart topping artists. To an award winning career as a Business Director in advertising. To leading the headline sponsorship of one of the UK’s biggest music festivals. To one of the Heads of Marketing for one of the world’s biggest broadcast sport. Sounds great right?  

In reality, I was giving my career the very best of me. Lacking in boundaries, sleep deprived, constantly pushing myself to the edge prioritising work over family, friends and life.

I am on a lifelong personal journey of reconnection to self, nature & community. Which led me to do what I had previously thought impossible… handing my notice in on my 14 year corporate career.

2 years later, here I am as my journey still continues... I am thriving in life & business, having retrained as a Coach & Meditation Teacher. Purposefully creating a new way of being and business structure where I can prioritise rest and FINALLY put myself, those I love the most and my passions first.

  • I believe that as a society we have a critical issue in how we are conditioned to ignore our body’s needs for rest. Therefore I have created RES(E)T for anyone over the age of 18 who wishes to find a more restful way of being.

  • Here are all of the live session dates for your diary.

    Wednesday 24th January, 06:30 PM UK time

    Wednesday 31st January, 06:30 PM UK time

    Wednesday 7th February, 06:30 PM UK time

    Thursday 15th February, 06:30 PM UK time

    Wednesday 21st February, 06:30 PM UK time

    All sessions are on Wednesdays, except one on Thursday to allow for all of those who celebrate Valentine’s day.

    These dates are of course subject to change, for example if there is an event outside of my control. Because we’re all human and this programme is designed to be an embodiment of what I teach about those times when we need rest (like when we are ill).

  • Absolutely - I endeavour to have all live sessions shared within 24 hours. You will have a full year’s access to revisit the content after the programme ends, so you can flow at your own pace through the content and your steps to RES(E)T.

  • I’ve chosen the time of 6.30pm UK time on Wednesdays and one Tuesday for our workshops (subject to change). I hope it works for your timezone and schedule. If you can’t make the live times work then you will receive a link to the replay within 24 hours.

  • Absolutely! I have purposefully created RES(E)T for any schedule - particularly inspired by my time working in corporate when late night and weekend working was the norm.

    Within your blueprint, we will consider your current reality and restful interventions you can bring in from micro moments all the way to bigger commitments to you.

    This programme is all about rest and ease, and my intention is to bring this energy throughout your experience from start to finish.

  • Absolutely! I am passionate about ensuring that my offerings are accessible. You can pay in 2x monthly instalments for RES(E)T.

  • I am confident that you will enjoy and get a lot out of RES(E)T. Both during our journey as well as afterwards. If however after the first live Zoom you feel it's not a match then you can request a refund. The deadline for refunds is 24 hours after the date of the first live Zoom. Otherwise no refunds will be given.
