I really enjoyed doing RES(E)T with Tanya. It taught me so much about how to build rest into my day, and focus on what I need. Her dulcet tones are fantastic to listen to after a hard day at work, coupled with her knowledge and the calming music. My RES(E)T days were one of the highlights of my week.
